Refund Policy
Last updated
Draft template, not legal advice. Values in [brackets] still need to be filled in, and this text must be reviewed before Thruly sells anything.
If Thruly isn't right for you, you can get your money back.
14-day refund, no questions asked
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any purchase: Pro, Founder Lifetime, or a Watch subscription payment (including a renewal). You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Thruly is sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are handled by Paddle:
- go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you used, and request a refund; or
- reply to your Paddle receipt email; or
- email us at hello@thruly.app and we'll arrange it with Paddle.
What happens next
- The refund goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show depends on your bank or card provider.
- After a refund, the paid features you were refunded for stop working. A refunded Watch subscription is cancelled.
- If you cancel a Watch subscription without asking for a refund, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law in the country where you live. It doesn't take any of them away.
